Lovely summer break

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at Hera's Cottage. The cottage itself was lovely, and you couldn't ask for a better view from the deck. We had a lot of fun exploring the different beaches around Port Renfrew, as well as plenty of walks in the forests. My husband and I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location!

Beautiful Port Renfrew

We enjoyed the nearby hiking and slower pace of life. The property is extremely comfortable with a great view of the water. When we weren't exploring we were on the back deck looking at the seals, bald eagles and beautiful view.

Amazing view, well equipped for our gourmet meals, and nicely set up for the 3 couples staying over 4 nights. Second time staying at Ryan’s place, and won’t be the last.

Ideal pour profiter de la nature, des randonnées et de magnifiques plages de troncs flottés. Environnement calme . Qq découvertes au store local. De très bons moments. A noter ne pas chercher le local poubelle .il faut aller à la déchetterie.

Great Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s in Port Renfrew. Would only ad that the window tracks need a bleach clean- stinky black mold that you can smell as soon as you walk in………..easy fix! And downstairs toilet seat didn’t fit the bowl? Great place overall!!

Great views...relaxing getaway.

Annual trip to Port Renfrew for some fishing never disappoints. Ryan has a great location perched atop the bluff overlooking Port of San Juan, and provides some great weather and wildlife watching from the deck. The well supplied cabin has everything we needed to put together some gourmet meals with the days catch. Easy communication with the host Ryan. His place made for an enjoyable 4 nights. Will definitely be coming back. MB

Beautiful Cottage Retreat

A well-equipped and comfortable cottage with a fabulous view and only a short distance to all the sights in Port Renfrew. Our extended family (6 adults and 1 child) had a wonderful time at Hera's Cove and would happily return for a quick ocean side retreat from Victoria.

Beautiful View & Well Stocked!

We had a great time at Ryan’s property in Port Renfrew. There were a total of 6 of us who stayed for 2 nights. The view is incredible and it was very nice to be able to sit on the balcony, have a coffee and watch the waves. The fire pit was a nice addition too. It was well stocked, super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We went in October so it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ryan!

Here’s Cove - exceeds expectations (again)

We stayed at Hera’s Cove for 5 nights in late August and the property and building were perfect. The deck overlooking the inlet with the view and all the boats going by was incredible. The cabin was clean with no issues. Lots of room for 6 adults. Parking is right outside the door. One of the better locations in Port Renfrew.

Great place and location

We stayed there as a family for a wedding. There was enough space for all of us. The place was beautiful, couldn't ask for a better view. It everything we needed plus more. We really appreciated the board games that were there for us to use. Check in with Ryan was easy and communication was quick with him. Can't wait to stay again.

Lovely accommodation and location. Everything we needed was there. Very quiet and serene. Would return again in a heartbeat. I had to return early due to sick dog so hope my girls left it tidy and followed the instructions. Instructions were good. If the garbage was closer it would have been great . Thanks again Ryan you were patient and available. Should have brought a recycle bin for us . Louise
