New and cozy house, close and overlooking Lagoa Doce. We have a large garden with deck and fire pit. The decoration mixes colorful and rustic objects with modern architecture and colonial details. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach with peace and comfort. Located 3 km from Barra de Ibiraquera and easy access to Rosa and Garopaba. Great beach for surfing, wind / kite surfing, inviting families with children, who safely enjoy the Lagoa Salgada, which is also great for stand up.

The house is new, complete, comfortable and sunny. On a land of 500 m², we have a large backyard with space for a fire pit, and where we are starting an aromatic garden and the cultivation of fruit trees.
Downstairs, the kitchen and living room are integrated, a wood burning stove warms the whole house in winter, we have electric stove and cooktop stove. All kitchenware will be available.
  Still on the ground floor is the suite with whirlpool, reverse air conditioning, large openings and direct access to the garden and deck. In the second bathroom is the washing machine, which can also be used.
