About this property

Los Ayala Beach front property

Truly the best location on the beach. Located on the quiet end of a wonderful Mexican Pacific coast beach. Calm waters and an excellent beach with soft sand. The calm ocean waters in Los Ayala are great for swimming. The house is 2200 sq ft. It has just been newly built. Has an excellent view of the ocean and beach. Two large bedrooms and a large Flex room. Two large full bathrooms and one powder room. The kitchen and eating area are very large and open .Huge front patio yard with a wonderful pool. Plenty of lounge chairs to relax and watch the ocean.
The Casa is newly built and is nestled within the secure walls of our complex. Once you enter into the complex you will be home to a quaint Mexican style village, which is bordered by the Pacific oceanfront. Wake up to the soft sound of the ocean waves, and distance seagulls calling out, as the local fishermen return with there fresh catch of the day. The beach in Los Ayala is a wonderful place to take a early morning stroll. It offers a lot of the Mexican flair all day long.

Perfect vacation rental on the beach for family of four - our teens loved it, too!

Pleasantly surprised with location, accommodation, beachfront, accessibility to town, local culture and food (grocery stores, restaurants and nearby weekly market) -- everything exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the helpful hints sent by owner Tim prior to our trip, and then loved the independence of figuring out the area once we arrived. There are two bungalows on the property (we scored with a great family next door), which could provide good potential for a family reunion or two families travelling together. Los Ayala was quiet for our first few days then picked up in liveliness as Easter drew near (mainly Mexican tourists - we were among the very few foreign visitors). It was fun to enjoy the slight bustle further down the beach and on the streets while our place and beachfront remained quiet. Fresh fish off the boats at sunrise; welcoming surf all day long; hidden beach nearby; next town over an easy walk mainly on trail; farther afield, kayaking and surf lessons (Tigre Surf School in Sayulita - amazing). Downtime when needed, otherwise fun to explore the neighbourhood and beach. Totally awesome. Thanks, Tim.
