Our apartment, with its own entrance, is located on the ground floor of the house. The anteroom of the apartment is very large and best suited for larger things, such as baby scales, bicycles or similar. remedy. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed. The living room has a further sleeping possibility (pull-out sofa for 2 persons) and a kitchen block.


Our house is located in the center of Lofer in the beautiful Salzburger Saalachtal in a traffic-calmed zone. In the garden there is enough space to relax. While the children enjoy playing games, you can relax by the rushing stream.

Your car can be parked at the parking lot, as swimming pool, gondola, hiking and cycling trails are nearby.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und für ein paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber keinerlei Einschränkungen in der Funktion. Im Schlafzimmer steht noch ein Etagenbett und ein Babybett wurde uns netterweise auch noch dazu gestellt. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und man kann vieles auch ganz ohne Auto machen. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Spielgeräte im Garten leider nicht zu benutzen bzw. kaputt waren.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir waren über Auffahrt in Lofer. Wir und unsere zwei Hunde waren sehr willkommen und wurden freundlich begrüsst. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von Lofer und ist ein toller Startpunkt zum Wandern. Das Schwimmbad ist gerade nebenan. Der Ortskern ist auch innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, hat aber ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und werden wieder fahren.

Super Ferienwohnung für eine Familie

Die Wohnung ist groß genug, sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Etagenbett für Kinder. Noch ein Schlafplatz gibt es in der Küche. Ein Parkplatz ist vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr nett und schnell. Sehr selten gab es Internet Aussetzer; Spülmittel und Seife fehlten. Ansonsten ideal und uneingeschränkt auch für längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.Man erreicht Seilbahnstation, Geschäfte, Restaurants zu Fuß in 5 Minuten.

Prima locatie.

Vlak naast de skipiste. Je moet wel met vier personen op een slaapkamer slapen. De douche is heerlijk. Af en toe begrijp je mis mij een keuken attribuut. De inrichting van het huis is simpel. Als je daar geen problemen mee hebt is het fantastisch onderkomen en locatie is top.

Super Lage

Appartement mit ruhiger Lage aber dennoch zentral. Skilift, Schwimmbad, Supermarkt,Gaststätten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit dem Charme eines alten Bauernhauses. Genug Platz für die Skiausrüstung im Flur. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr nah zum Zentrum und zur Skipiste. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Frau Stainer hat netterweise ganz spontan ein Babybett hineingestellt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Nah zur Talstation, mehr wäre drin gewesen

Lofer und sein Skigebiet sind relativ klein und gemütlich, Gastronomisch wird schon recht viel geboten am Hang und auch im Dorf. Die Unterkunft: Naja, ich mag es ja rustikal jedoch nicht Mittelalterlich! Das Haus benötigt dringend ein Update!!!!! Risse in den Wänden, Türen die nicht schließen, Fenster die nicht aufgehen. Fussböden zerschunden und die Einrichtung (wollen wir es mal Vorsichtig ausdrücken) waren beim Kauf vor 20 Jahren schon das günstigste was man finden konnte. TV und Radio sind eigentlich Sperrmüll, ein Fön sucht man vergebens. Haken zum aufhängen von Handtüchern gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Das Elternbett war dafür richtig gut, straff und ohne knarzen. Unsere Kinden haben das Stockbett geliebt, so schon schaukelnd wie auf hoher See, hat die kleine gemeint. Achso ein Freund von Spinnweben sollte man sein, es gibt genügend! Kleiner Tipp: das Geschirr vor Benutzung lieber nochmal abwaschen! Ja ja rund 675€ die Woche im Februar (zu viert, ohne Frühstück) ist noch recht günstig, doch ordentlich und Sauber darf es schon sein!

Das hier war unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei den Stainers. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und nah an der Almbahn. Alles ist Fußläufig gut erreichbar. In der Wohnung findet man das Nötigste und es ist schön kuschelig warm. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Skireise in Lofer bei den Stainers :)

Het onderkomen is wat gedateerd maar verder goed en schoon. Alles is op loopafstand. Alleen de WiFi is erg slecht. We hebben een fijne wintersportvakantie gehad. Wij komen zeker terug!

nette vakantiewoning op een mooie locatie

Het betreft een benedenwoning met woonkamer / keuken. Eén grote slaapkamer met dubbel bed en stapelbed en een badkamer met toilet en douche. Voor de woning is een parkeerplaats. De grote tuin mag gebruikt worden, maar er is ook een klein patio tuintje aan de voorkant waar wij zijn gaan zitten. De ligging is prachtig en alle voorzieningen zijn ideaal te voet te bereiken. Eenmaal per week is er in het dorp een feestavond (zomer) die erg leuk is om te bezoeken. Het enige nadeel aan de ligging is de asielzoekersopvang naast de woning, waar we soms wat last van hebben gehad.
