Beautiful private, multi level townhouse with stunning Coral Sea views. This beautiful, private, secure, multi-level home offers stunning views of the Coral Sea.This property is east facing and is a perfect location to take in these beautiful views & breezes and to watch the annual migration of whales during winter & spring. The top split level consists off the master bedroom with WiR and ensuite, bedroom two, a second bathroom and toilet. The middle level consists of open plan living with high ceilings and polished timber floors throughout and loads of natural light. Sitting in the dining area can feel like you are dining by the ocean. Its has and outdoor lounging deck outside the master bedroom.
There is a spa area which includes a T. V and high bar table and chairs.
The lower entry level has a fourth bedroom and internal access to the single car garage and carport.

It is just metres from the beach access path and a short flat stroll to Peregian Beach Village & patrolled beach. 200 metres to the North Peregian patrolled beach during peak times. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop which runs north and south along the coast. If you love Noosa but are looking to avoid the hustle and bustle, Peregian Beach is the perfect answer. With it's renowned cafes and restaurants, pub and easy pace. The markets, Peregian Originals, great coffee, space on the beach, quality surf and proximity to excellent golf courses all add up to the perfect holiday destination.

Could be so much better than it is

Whst we loved: able to have our dog with us, lovely views, great breezes, responsive RE. What we didn't love: deferred maintenace needs to be addressed ( leaky air con, outdoor deck blinds crashed down almost injuring us, etc) it needs a deep clean as the floors were filthy ( we ended up.mopping them a few hours after arrival), noise from large construction site next door was deafening at times), water in hot tub was in need of change, previous occupants had not removed all of their dog poop. The ad originally listed a pool.but that was an error. With some money spent this could be a great place but we felt paying high season price for a place that needs TLC and was noisy was simply not ok.

Best family holiday

The perfect house for an extended family, 3 generations and pet, birthday celebration. Perfect access to the beach. Winter but the house was warm, had AC through and a generous supply of Manchester and warm throws. We had the best time!

Fabulous property with amazing views & real estate were great to deal with - will definitely come back again Unfortunately the neighbour at the back was not so good in relation to the parking :(
