The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. We just had a bit of a problem locating the unit. We were literally driving around in circles!

Location was awesome.

Layout of the condo was great, location even better. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and even beach gear there to use. Down to 4 stars because it is in need of new mattresses and pillows. And no air conditioning made it hard to relax in the evenings, and impossible to cook in the kitchen without sweating like crazy. However, I would stay here again.

Great location

We had a great time. The condo was perfect and just as described. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was I didn’t not receive the. Code for the after hours check in but the gentleman answered the after hours contact line and was very helpful so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Poipu Ocean View Condo

This 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath condo checks all the boxes for our desired accommodations. Ocean property (no view obstruction and a 5-minute walk to the beach), two lanai’s, full kitchen, and laundry within the unit. Highly recommend.

Flowers, flowers everywhere! What a beautiful and peaceful resort! Kalapaki Joe’s is right there on site with a great happy hour crew and food! Manualoha 306 was a great place to stay, a few minutes walk from the beach, with a great oceanfront view!

Yes, This is The Place

I struggled for over a week looking at Poipu locations for a five day stay before deciding to just book Manualoha 105. I am so happy I did. Could not have asked for a better location with a beach and park 100 yards away. The view is amazing. The unit is also next to the pool and a grill which was great. Food and drinks within walking distance; provisions a short car ride to stock up a well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable, but falling asleep to the waves with the windows open every night took me to the level I was looking for during this escape from the mainland pace. Coffee in the morning on either patio helped reenforce that feeling as well. The staff were super friendly and check in/out was easy and fast. This will be a return property whenever I visit the south side of Kauai again.

Such a fabulous LOCATION!

Perfect spot on Poipu--walk across beautiful grass and walkway straight to the Ocean. Both floor have excellent straight on view of the Ocean. Downstairs deck is VERY PRIVATE--I relaxed on it sans clothing on it every day. Extremely quiet. Love having a full kitchen and washer & dryer on the island. Fully loaded and updated kitchen with every imaginable cooking equipment, dishes, etc. Even very large crockpot. Both full bathrooms are large and very accommodating. Both bathrooms NEED A NIGHT LIGHT! Master bedroom very large--would prefer a better mattress (pillow top) and pillows but comfortable. MBR needs a night light too! Lamps are waaaay too bright and not dimmable. Very close to the pool but not such that pool visitors are looking into your condo or that you can't avoid hearing them. All guests are very quiet and polite. We will be back with more people than just my husband and I next time. Enjoy!
