This cozy cottage / villa of approximately 75m² located on the sandy beach on the edge of the center of Follonica and is easily reached by car. On foot you can reach the pedestrian area and all major facilities. From the beach promenade you go down a few steps in the 30m² large, private garden, which is completely fenced.
