3 story townhome in sportsmens riverside townhome community located on the homosassa River. Two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite located on third floor features king sized bed, full bath with tub/shower, walk in closet and screened porch overlooking nature preserve. Guest bedroom is on second floor with full bath with shower and has two queen sized beds. Spacious living room with screened porche. Fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen with granite countertops. Marble floors in living room and bathrooms. Kayak and charcoal grill. Boat docks, swimming pool, and beautiful grounds overlooking the homosassa river. Enjoy a lazy afternoon under the ancient live oak tree on the bench swing watching the boats, manatees, and fish go by. Close to grocery stores, golf courses, restaurants, marinas, and nature parks and freshwater springs. Walking distance to Riverhaven Marina and Crumps Restaurant. Swim with the manatees, go fishing or scalloping in the gulf of mexico. Includes wi-fi, and all utilities. Cable may be added for an additional fee.

Review of Sportsman's Townhouse, Homosassa FL

Cleanliness ok, microwave very dirty, extra booking fees. Left 7 nights early due to coronavirus and asked owner for some kind of credit and did not acknowledge request. Maybe Homeaway could help us. Thank you for your consideration.

We are sorry to learn the microwave was not properly cleaned. Had we been made aware of this at the time of arrival, we would have had our professional cleaning service take care of it for you. We will address this with the professional cleaning company we use to thoroughly clean the townhome between every rental. The townhome is in a location that is very secure and not overly crowded, making it very safe in the circumstances surrounding the pandemic. We are unable to refund any money as we are unable to confirm the townhome had actually been vacated early. There is a minimum stay of 30 days, and the original term had already been shortened prior to the guests arrival. There were no additional booking fees we were aware of. No additional booking fees were listed on the statements, and the balance due on arrival was reduced to reflect the requested change in the original reservation.

Lots of room & 2 screened porches. Large TV & good cable & internet. Great location with kayak & access to river & gulf. Host was accessible & answered promptly to questions.

Needs lots of TLC

I guess I have good and bad things to say about the condo. I really think it could have been cleaner than it was. Didn't like that things were left in the fridge and cupboards. There was a box of noodles dated 2014. Would rather use the space for my own things. Needs a brighter light by the kitchen sink. The blinds in living room were filthy as were the chair covers. The area is beautiful and never had a problem with parking. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of hangers. Nice size TV. We probably should have complained because Katie was pleasant when I talked with her.

The condo was really nice. The river was close by with plenty of manatees to watch. Condo could have been cleaner but was uncluttered. We bought an extra lamp because the condo has few Windows. Cable TV is provided but Internet and WiFi not available. Washer and dryer unit was a big plus. Light switches confusing, needed labeling. No grill available.
