Spacious, quiet detached house, about 3 km to the beach, 5 km to Kappeln
The detached two-storey house (approx 140m² of living space, 550m² plot) with garden, lawn and carport, located at the entrance of Olpenitz in quiet cul de sac, leading to the neighboring reserve.
The spacious house can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people, so that everyone can find a retreat. The spacious living room with a fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings. A dining table for four and a sofa are available. TV, DVD player, stereo, games and books are in the living room.
A second TV is on a roll container in the attic.
