Set in a 5,000-square-foot farm, the cottage comfortably sleeps 29 people. The 11 guestrooms are equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fans. The social area, where the wifi router works, is composed of a dining and living room with double height, integrated to the kitchen, TV room and mezzanine, which works as a living room and games room (pool) . The social area also has a balcony integrated with a barbecue near the pool, with several ceiling fans. Most rooms are set around a square-shaped central courtyard with a circular bed built of small bricks. In front of the house there is a volleyball mini-court and a tennis court, exclusively for this sport. There is also an exclusive space for table tennis at the bottom of the house. The TV room is air-conditioned, equipped with cable TV channels, with blu-ray home theater and various movies, CDs and games.
