This home has classic, beach house charm, combined with many modern amenities. Located at 107 Conch right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean on the quiet east end of Holden Beach you are less than four blocks from three restaurants, ice cream, candy stores, playground, splash pad, Chapel and Sunday Summer concerts. Guest will enjoy the newly renovated living room that is very spacious and sitting on the new front deck built in October 2022 as well as the extended dining area, sitting area and a small sleeping quarters completed in 2020. New HVAC units were installed in 2021 with energy efficient thermostats.

Sit back and enjoy the large screen smart TV in the living room overlooking the kitchen and wonderful beverage bar. The kitchen has customized sea shell accents and all the needed culinary tools, pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook wonderful meals.
Wine and beer cooler was installed 2021 to give guest additional beverage storage.

Guest will love the king master bedroom conveniently located on the main floor with a new
smart TV, private bath and shower. Two upstairs queen bedrooms provide additional privacy with new smart TVs, and each have their own private bathrooms/showers with hair dryers. Cable and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

Double decker back deck was reconstructed in 2019 and provides amazing views and breezes. Pollywood lifeguard chairs located on the upper back deck and Pollywood dining set located on the lower back deck offer guest great places to gather and eat, talk, play cards and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and ocean breezes.

Everything you need for a great vacation is found at this Home away from Home. If fishing and boating is on the agenda, you can quickly walk to the Intercoastal
Waterway within five minutes or boat ramp just four blocks away on the island. If beach walking, shell hunting and finding the famous Memory Mailbox is on your TO
Do list, then you are just a short walk away. When it is time to clean up and wash the sand off, you will find a full size outside shower around back to rinse off after a long day on the beach. We appreciate you using it to keep the sand off our beautiful floors.

Located midway between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach is almost 11 miles in length and offers secluded white sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, the island is a perfect place for beachcombers and joggers to enjoy. Holden Beach has a reputation as a quiet, family-oriented vacation destination with very little in the way of commercial development. National Geographic Traveler magazine rated Holden Beach one of the best family beaches in the country. The island has a 35-foot height limit for buildings, and most of the commercial property is on the mainland side of the Intercoastal Waterway.. Wireless Internet is available.

Private housekeeper and property manager will inspect house after checkout and notify homeowner after inspection is completed. If there are issues, home is left in bad condition or items are missing the entire deposit will be held.

* Linens not provided (bedspread, sheets, towels). But can be arranged for an
additional fee.

* 7 night rentals only during prime rental season (Sunday to Sunday) May 27- August
31. All other rentals require a 3 night minimum.

*There are 3 cameras on the outside of the property. During occupancy the
cameras are disabled and are used during off season for security measures based on
insurance recommended
