Only 8 mins from Fontana-on-Geneva-Lake, Lake Geneva, and Williams Bay. The resort features a heated indoor pool and hot tub as well as a waterfront outdoor pool overlooking the lake. Game Room, fitness center and laundry facilities located on the property make it perfect for a family trip, girls’ weekend, or a relaxing, romantic getaway. Short distance to restaurants and boat rentals!

The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.
