Beautiful Elegant 1800 Three Story Home RIGHT ON SNOW MOBILE AND ATV ACCESS UNIT 2 is a newer addition for large parties who need more room in addition to unit 1 or just a large group
this unit is $135 a night and has one master bedroom with a queen size bed, Open loft has 4 beds ,,2 twins & 2 full. Open space in Dining area has a sleeper sofa, Den has 2 twins available to set up and a nice gas stove with fire view. . Sleeps 10.
tHIS IUNIT IS WONDERFUL but not for children under 12 ,stairs to the loft would not be good for children under 12
All of my units have a private entrance and private yard with picnic table, gas grill ,benches ,fire pit & hammock. Direct Tv in the den and local cable in the master. Kitchen is fully loaded gas oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave , coffee machine etc.


although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit

whether its Florida or Maine.

I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds. They must be washed and brushed. Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture.

thought there was a hot tub outside on the property, one of the maine reasons for booking, but only jacuzzi tubs in the house. other than that the host was great, accommodated our 1 year old baby by switching us to the first floor unit which was fantastic.

Hanna I am sorry that may have been confusing This is what is under amenities Does your property have a hot tub? Yes Additional details this is not a multi person tub but each bath tub has a jacuzzi feature I was told to add it to this because there was no place too put in about the jacuzzi tubs I hope you still had a good time.I was happy to have you just for your knowledge if you want to come back I started a new policy not advertised yet that my repeats if you rent two nights you get an additional night free

A great place for a group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in town. It would be perfect for a group or family. Lots of options for sleeping. Big, open, well-lit kitchen. Practical advice for staying here would be to include fans in your packing in the warmer season, as it is a large space. The air conditioning in the den was great in the blistering heat of the past week. Can imagine this would be an extremely cozy place to stay in the fall. Be aware of the need to climb stairs. Denise was very nice & friendly to chat with!

Overall the property and manager were good. The air conditioning wasn’t very cool but it was also unusually hot the week we stayed. Laundry access was amazing.

Perfect location

Great location, Moosehead Lake is gorgeous. The studio is very spacious and has everything you will need, and Denise was a great communicator. Walking distance to shopping. Definitely take a seaplane ride if you can, it is just an amazing experience. The beach area at Lily Bay State Park was wonderful for sunset watching and relaxing.

We had a good time staying here!! Plenty of space for us ladies Close to the public beach! Kelly’s landing is right down the road which is a absolutely awesome restaurant! We sat outside and watched the planes land absolutely beautiful!!! We also took sxs to the b52 site ... breath taking to walk in there!!! Thanks for the stay!!! Great time

Very nice place in Greenville

We had some issues upon arrival but Denise was readily available and helpful. Entry instructions were not real clear, A/C outlet was broken but fixed the next morning. The place was roomy, clean and very functional - except for the lift to the 2nd floor. Very much appreciated Denise's referral for live lobster at a place just down the street - Jamisons (?) - they have their own boat at the shore and will cook it for you too! Also, go to the Kamp Kamp store - fabulous!

Nice location , right in Greenville .

The farm house is nice. The rooms and the bathrooms are set up cute and clean. The stairs needs to be updated, a child could fall through. There kitchen has a lot of pots and equipped with things, but it needs pans, especially if you like to cook eggs in the morning. The living room has enough seats for about 8 people. There is a nice dining table and another table next to the front door. The water temperature just like many homes has to be adjusted as it gets very hot. There is a separate room for laundry. I think summer would be a good spot on the back porch .Thank you to the landowner , she was responsive help us with what we needed.

Comfortable Active Family Accomodations

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable rental for biking, boating, swimming, and hiking. The place was clean and mostly well equipped. Covid-19 pandemic limited our acessability to the lovely downtown restaurants but locals were friendly and following CDC recommendations as were we. A great get-away.

Cozy getaway in the heart of town.

We were very comfortable at Pritham. Appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. The only drawback is the steep stairs to the sleeping loft area which are a bit difficult for older folks but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Adorable unit! Great location!

The bed in the master was the most comfortable ever! This unit sleeps a ton of people and would be perfect for a family with children as there is a cool Camp-like upper floor with sky lights and enough beds to sleep all the kiddos and their cousins too! Great location near restaurants, public beaches and shops. We highly recommend this place on Pritham Ave Greenville, ME
