This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

This impressive large family home is surrounded by palms and native trees. Elevated property has ocean views off the expansive all weather deck leading from the spacious open plan living area.

Features:

5 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Singles) High cathedral ceilings (living/dining) and polished timber floors throughout are featured, with a large two-way bathroom off the master bedroom. The ground level boasts a formal entry, huge bed/bunk room, ensuite/laundry, office/bedroom. Off street parking but no access for vehicles in the garage.

NB The fire place is NOT operable as at 1/6/2020. Sorry for any inconvenience.
The garage is NOT available for vehicles but is an ideal space for storage. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience.

Linen is supplied and the beds are made on arrival.

Fully fenced back yard

Pets Allowed -however no more than two (2) dogs on any property.

Family holiday approved!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Big house with plenty of bedrooms, beds were also comfy. Great location and the large deck was nice. Also love that we could bring our dog along for the family holiday. Nothing to complain about.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with condition of the house. I don’t mind old style houses but it was dirty,all security doors and windows were broken and dusty(probably they were not clean since few years back).Kitchen was very messy inside the cabinets ,rubbish bin broken and dirty.We were not enjoying our stay there .Otherwise the location was very nice.
