About this property

Quiet unique area w/beautiful wild peacocks! Just 10-15 min to the most beautiful beaches, 10-15 min to downtown, 5 min to shopping. This cozy 2BR w/private entry & driveway, private BA & sleeps 4. Queen BR equipped w/desk, & Firestick tv. 2nd BR has a daybed w/two singles, dinette, Firestick, coffee maker, mini-fridge & microwave. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler available. NO LIVING ROOM or KITCHEN. Pool & hot tub NOT heated. Not kid or pet friendly.

IMPORTANT: We live in the home. The suite is completely private with private entrance but under the same roof (there's a locked door as shown in the pictures that is locked on both sides - really no different than some hotels with dividing doors), kitchenette only (no sink or stove) and pool/jacuzzi are NOT heated.

Maximum stay is 5 nights.

Peacock Paradise was great

A great stay, peacocks were wonderful to see. Property great, never had a chance to use pool, there was no key by door going out so figured the pool wasn't open.

Good place for short stay

We stayed here before a running race- 3 adult friends. The pool area was nice to sit and chat because the room is a little cozy lol. Everything was wonderfully clean, the bed was comfy, felt like it was a safe neighborhood. The peacocks are a hoot! We would stay again.

The stay was very nice, and the owners were easy to deal with. I did not see the owners the whole stay which I would have been fine with meeting them but I am sure they stay out of the way so the people stay there can enjoy the experience. Even though the owners stay in an attached part of the house you don't even know they are there. The peacocks were very neat to see. I would like to know more about why they stay in that area I find it interesting. The private pool was nice as too. I would definitely stay there again. Jason

We are Kyle and Angie! Both professionals who were born and raised in the beautiful sunshine state! We love spending time with family, traveling and our two little Yorkie babies.

Why they chose this property

Our Peacock Paradise is a home away from home! Non-smoking 2BR/1BA (NO living room or kitchen) is considered a guest suite and completely separate from the other half of the house. It has a private entry, private driveway, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (not a full kitchen) with coffee, etc. This space sleeps 4 with 3 beds - one queen bed in the large bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller bedroom. The space is not child or pet friendly. No smoking and no parties. Our home has monitored security and video surveillance outside at the driveway and at the pool.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy your time in the pebble bottom saltwater pool with the floats provided or bring your own. The pool (including the connected hot tub) is caged and not heated so the temperature is on the cooler side November through April and warms up May through October. We also have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and sunscreen for your trip to the beautiful beaches!
