• En-suite has a shower and bath. Common bathroom has a shower.
• Lounge leads to a large balcony where you can braai. Balcony has a patio set and is overlooking the ocean.
• The apartment is fitted with LCD TV.
• The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
• A washine machine is also available
• Linen is provided, but no towels.
• The Unit is situated in a secure complex with 1 private, covered, secure parking bay (with remote access)
• Ample open air parking available.
