Yoyita Suites has 10 private suites. Located on the famous Palm Beach area Aruba. With the best location, this exclusive and comfortable accommodation is 0.31 miles walking distance from the beach, Palm Beach. 1.1 miles walking distance from the High Rise Area where the restaurants, casinos, clubs, and shopping are located. And 8 miles drive from the airport.
Comfortable and impeccable space for two (2) guests. Private Suite with one (1) king bed, 48” Smart TV, A/C, Free WiFi, Free parking, beach kit with towels, cooler, and chairs. Fully equipped bathroom with hot water. Kitchenette area with microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and utensils (the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove, but you can have one Induction kitchen for an additional cost). Two (2) space counter to eat inside the suite, private terrace with a two (2) chair and table set. This suite does is not have a pool view.

Our beautiful common areas have a relax pool where you can lie down under the sky of the happy island and our beautiful palm trees. A BBQ spot where you can even cook breakfast on the stove of one of the BBQ, and a phone to make free local calls just for you!

Nice small studio with basic essentials. Carlos was helpful. Only drawbacks were no hot water for shower and old cover for bed that stunk. Other than that we have no complaints. It was central location. We parked on the street. Easy to get in and out of room. Didn't use the small pool.

The host, Carlos, was great. The pool area was beautiful. It wasn’t a bad location. The room itself is sparsely equipped although Carlos told me ,about halfway through my stay , that I could ask for anything else that I needed….like an iron, or additional silverware and plates. The hot water doesn’t get very hot…either in the bathroom or the kitchen. I missed where the description stated that there is no cooktop, which is strange because there is a very fancy range hood(???)….so breakfast was cooked on the grill …ok, but inconvenient. Although there is a small refrigerator, there were no ice trays and no ice machine on the premises. I bought some and left them there…hopefully they will be there for the next room occupant. Also, not having stayed there before, a couple things are really misleading in the description. You are not “only steps from the beach and the Marriott”. I am not sure why this property’s description includes beach photos b/c it is not on the beach at all. Also, the description says that you have the “entire home to yourself; only share it with the guests you came with”. That also isn’t true. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay. I just had higher expectations from the description and the photos.

Best place in Aruba.

From the time we arrived until the time we left everything was fabulous. Cebel is the best hostess you could ask for. The property is beyond spotless and the attention given to us impeccable. Will definitely go back again.

We will be back!

Alvaro and his staff were outstanding hosts. The king bed was comfortable, the extra amenities, the beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear , off street parking were great. They went above and beyond to set up a barbecue for my wife and I and two visiting friends, who were staying at a different property. They had plenty of good suggestions for anything desired locally and in general about the island. The service was more attentively professional than what you would get a big property. Kudos Yoyita Suits!

Great alternative to expensive hotel rooms

Jesus and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We used the walking path shortcut to get to the beach. We felt very safe, even at night. Instead of renting a car, we took the bus and a few taxis. Wonderful restaurants are well within walking distance. Having cocktails by the pool in the afternoon was a great way to wind down. We were able to cook breakfast every morning in our room (using a toaster and microwave) and packed lunch for the day so we saved lots of money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to everyone.

Aruba is great, and this site was so convenient and private.

Jesus was a great host and manager of the site. He and his staff made us feel so welcome and was accommodating to every degree to make sure our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. I will certainly do this again.

This was our first time staying..it was perfect ! It was close to everything.. we had a car for 10 days. We were able to cook meals on a shared outdoor grill..anything you needed or wanted they had it., always someone on the property to help. The pool was keep clean and the surrounding area...coffee by the pool in the morning or a relaxing drink ..poolside in the evenings. You get to meet lots of other guest...from all over... I would stay here again ...definitely... we enjoyed our stay...

The studio was well -equipped, the pool area is fine for adults or a family with very young kids , the management is helpful and the location for someone like me who does not want to rent a car for the entire stay, is perfect. Palm Beach and restaurants within reach as well as a small grocery store .

We had a great stay. Accomodations were beautiful and very comfortable. Very friendly people. The manager, Yoyita and the cleaning ladies were very friendly and helped us with a lot of information about places to go and where to eat. We had rented a car from the airport and that made everything so much easier. Close to the beaches. Eagle Beach was our favorite. The weather is incredible with that constant breeze. We would definetely like to come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Awesome property and location!

The pictures don't lie! They really represent the property. The rooms are very clean and comfy! The staff is really helpful and friendly. They found us a sweet deal on a UTV rental and called the taxis' for us. Grocery store 5 mins away (walking distance, make sure to bring a backpack!). There is a trail to cross the field between the neighbourhood and the beach which makes the walk a lot shorter (5 mins to the beach). Pretty close to most restaurants and shopping area and there is a bus stop there as well. Overall, it is a gem! Antoine and Marie.
