Humberto, the property administrator was attentive and went above and beyond to be helpful.

The renting process was easy. However, for some reason, although I received digital confirmation of my rental, Humberto didn’t. Turned out not to be a problem. My room was Prepared in short order.

Tranquility

This was a very clean property and Beto, the property manager was absolutely excellent. The rooms are very sparse, and some of the things didn't work in our room (power issues in all of town) but Beto was very accommodating. The place is in a state of being improved, but the rooms are very clean and tidy. We enjoy very basic accommodations, so if you are looking for a 5-star resort, look elsewhere (probably far outside of Celestun!).

Wir mussten am Telefon 2 Stunden mit dem nicht anwesenden Vermieter diskutieren um überhaupt, das nach Bildern angemietete Apartment zu bekommen. Die Beschreibung des Apartments ist völlig unzureichend. Die Küche ist ohne Kocher und Besteck und Teller gab es nur unzureichend. Der Verwalter war freundlich und bemüht. Die Unterkunft war schwer zu finden, weil die Koordinaten zur Navigation nicht stimmen.
