What you must know:
Noise:
The Resort Municipality of Whistler is strict in enforcing the Bylaw 692 which states that noise after 10pm and before 8am (9am on weekends) will not be tolerated. In the event the police or Sea to Sky security is called, a penalty will be imposed. Guests will be charged back with all penalties that may include but not limited to fines imposed by the Sea to Sky security and the complex strata.
Property Damage:
Substantial effort and investment have been made to ensure premium quality and great comfort is provided to each staying guest. The property is inspected after each stay to uphold the high standard.
As the registered guest of the unit, you are responsible for any damage made to the unit while it is occupied under your name. I ask that you please report all obvious damage, broken items, or problems immediately as they come to your attention. Failure to notify me of property-related problems will forfeit any rights or claims that discharge you from responsibility and payment. I will on the other hand make my best efforts to rectify the problems as soon as I can and endeavour to provide you with an enjoyable experience.
