A property with safety, comfort is great value for money, a brand new construction, with a great location for those seeking moments of rest. Within 600m we have, Supermarket, Drugstore, Bakery, Gas Station. We are located in Passos-MG, the venture is less than 40 minutes from the main tourist attractions of the region of Furnas Lake and Serra da Canastra. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to enjoy the beautiful leisure area available on site. We have three suites, TV room, kitchen equipped with utensils, swimming pool with hydromassage, waterfall and lighting, barbecue area and garage for 2 vehicles. Welcome, everyone.
