About this property

Easy access to Mt Snow within 10 minutes. Vermont 'vast' snowmobile trail access and challenging trails are just a short walk, no trailering needed.

Our home has everything you need to enjoy a getaway. 6 bedrooms (brand new beds!) which sleep 10 guests comfortably. The large open floor layout (kitchen, dining room and living room) allows the family to spread out and relax and there is an additional large TV room on the second floor. A gas fireplace in the winter provides cozy evening enjoyment. Plenty of counter space in the granite kitchen allows the family to gather while preparing meals. Sit at the counter or the dining room pub style table which can accommodate 10 comfortably.

The heating system is a cozy and warm radiant heat throughout the house. In addition, two bedrooms and the family room are also heated by the gas fireplaces. Our large attached garage with a 7 ft door allows you to pull right in with your suv. No cold car in the morning!

A 20x16 ft partially covered deck to enjoy the outdoors during the summer and fall folliage seasons. Sit back and relax to the sound of the brook which doesn't freeze year round. High Speed Wireless Internet.

Leisure activities for all walks of life. Charming Wilmington has galleries and antiquing. Summer time, Lake Whitingham is minutes away. Boat, JetSki and Canoe rentals as well as public boat ramps and swimming are within a 15 minute drive. Mt. Snow also offers a wide variety of mountain bike trails and scenic chair lift rides.

All this makes this house the perfect weekend or weeklong getaway, anytime of the year.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Elliot’s house. The property is beautiful, clean, spacious and well maintained. Elliot is a wonderful host - responsive, attentive and very helpful. We appreciated all the helpful tips, frequent check-ins and overall communication. Elliot was very helpful when we left few items behind at the house. We would love to come back!

Great house!

My family and I have been staying in the Stratton area for a few years but we decide to try The Mount Snow area. This house is perfect. Great location, clean, updated, and plenty of room for 15 of us! We will defiantly be back!

The most accommodating and home-like warm place!

Radiant heat, ample space, fireplaces, everything was very disposing to enjoy our time with friends company. Four family pairs made perfect fit. The scenery outside was beautiful. The host was very helpful and accommodating. One of the best homes we’ve been to!

Perfect house for a group ski trip!

My husband and I and a group of friends rented this house for President's Day weekend to ski at Mount Snow and had a wonderful experience! The bedrooms are beautiful and spacious and there is plenty of common space to enjoy meals and hang out together. The house was very clean and organized when we arrived and the owner provided detailed information about the area and accessing the house so we didn't have any issues. There was plenty of driveway and garage space for everyone to park, and access to Mount Snow was very easy. We didn't want to leave!
