Lake Retreat awaits you. Super cute condo with new everything! The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need during your stay including Keurig. Completely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, breakfast bar with 4 barstools, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Queen bed in bedroom with a TV & Roku. The living room has a fireplace (fake logs only-no wood), queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, big screen smart TV with cable & WIFI. One lower bunk in hallway, suitable for child or small adult. View of Canyon Lake, linens & towels provided. Very quite area of the lake. Just a few steps away is the complex swimming pool for guests and residents only.
Relax and unwind on the patio and enjoy the view of the lake, pool and deer that come up to the property. You can feed the deer with corn provided in the condo. Chairs on the back patio. The property has a pool, laundromat, BBQ grills, picnic tables, paved boat trailer parking.
Great location! Less than 3 minutes to grocery store and multiple restaurants.
Only 5 minutes to the marina, 10 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe area for floating, 25 minutes to Gruene & New Braunfels, 45 minutes to San Antonio, and 1 hour to Austin!
Starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper provided.
High season Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Low season rates starting at $129 per night based on 4 person occupancy.
Minimum stay - 2 nights.
$85 cleaning fee per reservation.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
In warmer months, turn the AC up to 78 and in colder months turn the heater thermostat down to 68 before leaving.
Please do not throw pillows and bedding on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am a real estate agent and my husband & I live in the area. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and have really enjoyed them. So we thought it would be fun to own one, have enjoyed it so much we purchased this one, our second condo.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because we live nearby and love the area. It is a great location, close to the lake, river, Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberly. We renovated the property as if we were living there. All the conveniences of home, warm & cozy, close to lake, restaurants, grocery store, bars, live music.
What makes this property unique
We love it and have enjoyed the area, great location. Great views of the lake and sunsets, close proximity to other local attractions. We completely gutted the condo after purchasing it. It is a nice getaway from all the hustle and bustle.
