Warrumbungle Shire getaway.

Comfortable, bright, well equipped studio apartment with easterly & SE views to the hills. Despite being in the middle of the town it was very quiet. Our morning walks were a delight. Would love to return in autumn & see the beautiful colours of the street & garden trees. The host is readily available if required - friendly, with thoughtful additions in the apartment. The amenities are as advertised; the kitchen works very well too. A great base in the pretty town of Coolah with its 2 pubs & 2 coffee venues - bakery & Stump Cafe. For those with health concerns a flight of stairs must be negotiated from the street level. We explored north as far as the Warrumbungle NP & South as far as Rylestone - beautiful countryside & good luncheon dining each day. Some great NP walks - weather & conditions permitting.
