The house was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well stocked with amenities, crockery, and cutlery. There was plenty of heating except for the bathroom. It was freezing and the tiles were too cold to walk on with bare feet. It also has no ventilation so it fills with steam when showering.
Also, there is NO WIFI. Make sure you bring the means to connect to the net.
Apart from that it was great.

Great base for family getaway
This is an attractive, modern, well-kept home that makes a great base for a small family getaway to the Snowy Mountains. Being on the outskirts of Jindabyne, there is easy access to the town and lake, and a half-hour drive to Thredbo and Perisher. The upstairs balcony worked well for sundowners with views of the lake and mountains. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing - we'll be back next year!
Amazing property! Great views of the lake from the lounge and balcony, permanent underfloor heating in the bathroom kept it constantly warm, a TV in the kids bedroom and the parents bedroom is a great idea, electric fireplace as well as a split system air-con, lovely cozy lounge and kitchen/dining area upstairs - so many great features! Such a great idea having the bedrooms on the ground floor - we didn't have to take out suitcases up the stairs! The only downfall for us is that it doesn't have a bath, and the shower only has a small panel (very modern) not a full enclosure, so our 2yr old kept running around the bathroom during her shower (quite cute actually), and the heated towel rail was quite hot for her which she was able to touch - but the advantage of having warm dry towels outweighed her being able to touch it (she only did it once!). It's also a stand alone house which is great for added privacy, and for the same price as an apartment in Jindabyne, so great value for money. We will definitely be back again and again.
