Rented this condo for a guys golf/fishing weekend. The check in/out process was very simple and property manager had great communication. Location is close to walk enough to bars/restaurants. Ocean view and pool/spa/grill was a plus.

We are looking to replace them with curtains this winter - We recognize the benefits of improving the home so guests can have a 5-star experience. The sofa and recliner were just professionally cleaned this summer and we can confirm that they are no rips or tears in them. We are unsure about the broom but will address that right away. We recently updated the flooring in the living room and all three bedrooms, along with a full renovation of the primary bath. We have more upgraded planned for this coming offseason - We wish you had reached out to our local Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home Thank you for sharing about your stay and your review is pivotal towards implementing our next steps. Great Stay

My family and I stayed at this condo for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The updated bathrooms were very nice too. The location of the condo was perfect . . .just a few minute walk from the beach and shopping. The property manager, Dave, was extremely nice as well. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely return.

It's was my husband bday weekend. My son, step son and I enjoy this stay with him. We just wanted to get out of town and the house for a while. We enjoy the stay and the view! Wish you had a delivery menu inside the place and adventure chart around the area for events near by. But other than that it was relaxing!

Exactly as described

Was a golf trip for a few nights with friends. The property manager answered the phone the first try and helped me multiple times. It was clean, only thing notable was the dining room table was sticky and had some food residue. The security their 24/7 was nice and made us feel better about our cars. Like any place on the strip it is high traffic area. Beds were not very comfortable for old guys like us but doable. Everything else was as described, we had a safe and enjoyable stay so would book again.

The stay was ok the blinds were broken which they were aware. But we as 3 women wanted to be able to close them. We didn’t have any other issues tho. Not far from everything at all. Dave was very helpful and responsive, definitely would book again. Would be nice if they left things to tidy up like a broom and dust pan and an all purpose spray, unless we missed that. But great stay overall.

Front door is uninviting and needs to be painted. Oven needs to be cleaned. Trash was under the beds in middle room with bunk beds. Also, cable did not work in that room. Mattress is hard & uncomfortable in first bedroom. We had to buy tissue, hand soap, cleaning products because none was there. The condo did not smell fresh and had an odor . Pictures of condo look nice on website but this place needs to be renovated. *The floors have been replaced but that is all. *Short walking distance to beach.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - When there was an issue with the cable, we were immediately contacted and assisted with troubleshooting. We then reached out to the cable company and the earliest they could assess the cable was the day after check-out. The cable is now fixed - the following guest was able to use it with no issue - The building was recently power washed and painted, however, they have not finished painting the front doors just yet. That will be completed soon! - In your request for household essentials, we confirmed with the cleaner that a starter supply of toilet paper and a soft soap dispenser for guests’ convenience were available on-site - We wish you had reached out to the local Guest Contact during your stay regarding the oven, smell, beds, or any other issues. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home - The condo has recently been remodeled between February and mid-March. We replaced all carpets with luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the master bath has new flooring, vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower with tile surround. We painted the whole interior of the condo and also got new bedding for the room We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests
