Beach Amore is located on Manasota Key, a barrier island in the Gulf of America, located next to the small town of Englewood. Easy access to the island is provided by two bridges with no charges; one is in Sarasota County the other one in Charlotte County. Once on the Manasota Key, visitors are enchanted with this island where there are no high-rise buildings, no traffic lights and no crowds. A charming two-lane road runs along the whole length of the island. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and stores for all your “beachy” needs.

The open floorplan living area features plush seating and dining, a large Smart TV, and wall‑to‑wall windows that invite the Gulf right in. The décor blends relaxed coastal chic with modern finishes—think crisp whites, soft neutrals and accents of sea‑glass and driftwood. The adjoining new kitchen featuring white cabinetry with Quartz counters, island with 2 barstools, large pantry, wall oven and microwave, induction cooktop, a French door refrigerator and an extra single door fridge/freezer combination with a separate ice machine steps away in the laundry. Laundry room with cabinets, washer and dryer, sink and window.  There is a pass-through window from the kitchen to the large living area with another bar and 2 stools. Th adjoining formal dining room with French doors to the pool, comfortably seats eight. There is a luxury Queen pull-couch on one side of the large dining room and another large Smart TV.

The Primary Suite comes with luxury King set, Smart TV, ensuite bath with walking shower and direct access to the Pooldeck overlooking the Gulf. Guest bedroom 1 comes with one Queen bed, nightstand, wall-closet, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 features 2 Queen beds, nightstand, wall-closet, and another ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with quality linens, blackout shades and storage for your things.

Walk out from the living or dining room to a spacious screened pool area and an additional large paver deck directly along the Gulf with lounge chairs, dining table and umbrella—ideal for morning coffee while watching the waves or evening cocktails at sunset. A private walk leads you across the dunes directly to the beach. Beach chairs, and a rinse‑off shower are all included to make beach time effortless.
