Homestay, 85m to the beach, Garage, WiFi and Sky

The house is located in the central part of Marataízes, is less than 100 meters from the beach.
The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one being in the corridor of the bedrooms and a service outside the kitchen.
A vacancy for up to 3 drawer-shaped cars, seats are tight, do not include a van, but ordinary cars come in normally.
It has a barbecue with hood, bench and sink.
We provide bedding, table and bath, but you must have informed the correct number of people in the house.
The house is well ventilated with large windows, has a hammock on the balcony and a tub that is unused, due to problems with the jet engine.
In the kitchen has: a small refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, cutlery, pots, etc. Please keep clean after use.
There is a bar furniture on the balcony that can be used.
In the back of the house has a deposit that will be closed, the same is used to deposit materials, which only the housekeeper is allowed.
We are tidying up the house a little and your suggestions will be very welcome.
We have SKY HD TV, ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms and living room.
In the house has a faucet in the whirlpool, but can be used as a children's pool.
