Great home and great location!

We had a wonderful month on Coronado! This home is perfectly located to town and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is perfect for two to six guests. The top floor kitchen and family room is a wonderful space especially when the doors are open and fresh beach air flowing in!

Perfect Beach Bungalow

From the moment we arrived it was pure bliss~ Very nice Patios to lounge around with a fire pit and BBQ! Nice views, we even got to see fireworks one night! Home is well appointed, very roomy, and has what you need for a day at the beach. Walking distance to the beach, the Del Hotel and wonderful restaurants! This trip did not disappoint, see you next time!!

Wonderful First Visit to Coronado

My husband and I spent three months here and felt very much at home. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for family gatherings. The location cannot be beat, centrally located to everything on Coronado, and the off street parking is a plus. Ed is a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. We would definitely return.

Great Place for Small Family; Great Location

We stayed for the month of August; mostly just my wife and I, but also a visit from her mother for 10 days. The place was great! Loved the location - everything in walking distance, including the dog beach. We didn’t even get a chance to use the basement rec room (no need) but it was very nice. Check in and out was a breeze. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Never slept better. Ed Evans was very accessible and a great host. We would definitely rent here again.

From start to finish our month at this property was outstanding. Everything was better than we expected. There was so much room for everyone to move around in and areas for working remotely were great. The house was clean, kitchen was stocked well, there were plenty of beach accessories to use as well. Ed was great to work with -very, very responsive if we needed him. Will rent here again in the future.

Fantastic vacation home!

This charming cottage fit all of our vacation needs from the bikes, beach chairs and the jacuzzi. It was a very comfortable house to stay at. The location is close to everything in Coronado. The owners were very accommodating with all of our requests and very nice to interact with. I wouldn't hesitate to book this cottage again.
