Great house for a ND & OSU weekend

The house was perfect for our large group. Clean, spacious & a large yard for some outdoor games. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Home was very clean and spacious Hosts went over the top with the chocolate gift basket and popcorn. Our group stayed there for the New Year and Winter Classic Definetly stay there again. Hoping to book this home again this spring.

Football Weekend

This was a great house with plenty of room for our group of 11. We normally stay in other parts of town, but this was still very convenient to campus. The house itself was clean and well organized. We had a great football weekend!

ND Cal football trip

Our family group all stayed at the house which was very well equiped and the owner was very helpful with a couple of special requests that we had entered. We brought food with us and the kitchen worked well for us to heat up and serve our meals. The backyard was great for the kids to run around. Location made it easy to get to campus. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Truly Wonderful Stay - Felt Like Home!

We had an incredible experience at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, the owners were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable making us feel right at home. The house itself was just perfect—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could have possibly needed. We especially appreciated the owner's hospitality and personal touches that really set this place apart. It was clear they genuinely cared about their guests and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Three generations at the Notre Dame/Clemson game.

The property was very clean!! Fantastic to have 3 king beds, and two queens!!! That’s hard to find!! Our hosts communication was 100%! Would defiantly recommend this property!! Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Wonderful house for a ND weekend!

Our family (spread across 3 generations) had a wonderful stay for our trip to South Bend. The house could not be more convenient to get to campus and we had a terrific overall experience. From the minute we walked in, the house looked and smelled so clean and we found thoughtful items waiting for us at our arrival. Nina did an excellent job of communication throughout our entire stay and you can tell she really cares about her guests and her terrific vacation home. The beds were all very comfortable and even the little details seemed to be very well thought through - plenty of plush towels, cleaning and laundry supplies, well stocked kitchen - even the toilet paper was the upgraded kind you rarely find in a rental, lol! The house layout worked perfectly for our group and we will definitely look to book this again the next time we are in town. Thanks again for everything Nina and Go Irish!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

Terrific experience start to finish! Nina & Joe have a lovely home/property; and, they were so easy and friendly to work with. The house had everything we needed, plus more! The house was also very clean. We did not feel like we were staying in someone else’s home, it felt like ours. Nina & Joe added personalized touches for our group & trip. We stayed for a long football weekend and wished we would have had more time to spend IN the home. Great place to stay, we will be back!! Gretchen

Football weekend with family

5 large beds and 2 full bathrooms made this a comfortable place for a family with several young adults. Hosts provide a nice clean home. They gave us personal cell numbers but we never needed them.

We had a great experience. The owners made us feel welcomed and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. We had some issues with the TV and dryer, but they quickly took care of the issue. Thank you for making our visit extra special.

Perfect Rental For Any Event In South Bend

Lovely, well maintained, beautifully decorated home! Amenities enough for all guests and in perfect condition. Owners are fantastic! You would be lucky to stay here for any event - quick drive to campus. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

Had a great stay. The house is updated and well kept. Nice new towels were a plus as well. There were ten of us there and nobody had to take a cold shower as the water heater kept up just fine. They left coffee, donuts and milk which was another nice surprise. Overall great place to stay.

Four couples and our kids stayed here for a graduation in Berrien Springs, MI. Our hosts were gracious and seemed to have thought of everything. The house was beautiful and spotless. There was a playard for our child to sleep in, beautiful plush white towels, stocked with soap, kitchen and cleaning supplies, etc.

Fantastic Graduation Weekend!

We had a fabulous stay in South Bend. This was the perfect house for our graduation celebration. Our group of 8 traveled from 4 states to celebrate! It felt like we were home. The house was so clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the two sitting areas was a perfect way to spread out and enjoy conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The donuts, milk and coffee were a nice touch. We even enjoyed the rain - we haven't seen rain in Arizona for months! Great stay - I highly recommend this home!

Great house and hosts

We stayed here with 8 adults and 4 kids, the kids were 5 and under. The house was great for the adults, the yard was great for adults and children. They left us donuts and milk and water, there is a washer and dryer in case you need it. It was pretty great. We even had a mishap and they helped us through it. The stay itself is great, the only reason I didn't give 5 star is because there was not an easy way to have us all sit together, even with a card table it was hard since the dining table only sat 4. Also, because the house was not childproof, it's a trilevel, so 2 sets of stairs and we tried putting up a baby gate but the wall was not strong enough for a pressure mount one and we put a whole in the wall, thankfully we were able to fix it and owners didn't charge us for it, we patched it up. Anyway, there is a large mirror there that's low. So overall I recommend this house for people but if you have kids under 2, think creatively about the stairs.
