About this property

Family-friendly holiday home - with terrace - near the beach (approx. 500 meters)

Our 65m ² end-of-terrace house (completely renovated at the end of 2010) is centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the town center, the beach, the spa center and the seawater spring bath with a 75m water slide. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen that was completely renovated in September 2017, 1 storage room with washing machine and a large living room with dining area and access to the terrace with a small garden. An open staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a small bathroom with bathtub and splash guard. (High chair and travel cot are available)
The parking space is directly in front of the house.
Bicycles can be provided free of charge on request.(no guarantee of functionality).

in the low season: 5 nights

Wir haben einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Häuschen liegt ruhig, aber zentral. Die Ausstattung der Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten das Auto ungenutzt stehen lassen. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeit als auch der Strand, Besuch verschiedener guter Restaurants, Fahrradtouren oder Spaziergänge waren ohne Auto möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Verwalterin war beispielhaft. Die Matratzen waren recht fest, was für schwerere Menschen aber sicher sehr angenehm ist. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmal

Sehr gut gelegen und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Nicht weit zum Meer. Schwimmbad und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in allen Preislagen. Zur absoluten Weiterempfehlung.

Tiptop. Einfache Kommunikation, klarer gut verständlicher Mietvertrag, top Ausstattung mit reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, Müslischalen, Gläser für alle Gelegenheiten, vernünftiges Kochgeschirr, Grundausstattung an Tee und Gewürzen. Dazu schön geschnittene und gemütliche Wohnung auf 2 Etagen. Einzug die Terrasse ist recht klein aber das stört nicht. Strand, Fahrradverleih und Supermarkt sowie diverse Lokale fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Haus ist für 4 erwachsene Personen etwas klein, aber schnuckelig und vor allem Top ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Ein Hinweis noch: die Betten sind eine Wucht - wir haben schon in vielen Hotels/Pensionen oder Ferienhäusern übernachtet, meistens morgens mit Rückenschmerzen, aber in diesen Betten wacht man morgens auf ohne irgendwelche Beschwerden. Wir können dieses Haus und die Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub spontan gebucht und sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolle Ferienwohnung, sauber und voll ausgestattet, fünf Minuten zum Strand, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln!
