Large, charming, cozy single storey house with 4 bedrooms (1 en suite), dining room and fireplace with TV, American kitchen, gourmet area and pool nearby and privately reserved, barbecue , oven and wood burning stove, soccer and volleyball court, pool table, ping pong, lawn and orchard, comfortably sleeps 14 guests and up to 20 with adaptations. Located in closed condominium with asphalt up to the concierge, super secure with 24hs security, also with football field of sand, lake for fishing, equipment for 3a. age, amusement equipment for children and space for hiking. About 200mts outside the condominium is the neighborhood Paruru, with basic commerce, with pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, bakery, pizzeria and others, some with delivery service, that can meet some needs. The caretaker will be on call for any immediate occurrence or need. Super quiet to spend with family and friends.

FIM DE SEMANA TRANQUILO!!

Passei o final de semana com a famíla neste ótimo imóvel. Tudo de acordo com o combinado , a casa bem cuidada , tudo igual as fotos. O Sr. Agnaldo e o Sr. Júlio (caseiro) muito atenciosos. Recomendo este imóvel. Voltarei em breve!!
