Neighborhood is a bike friendly. The Room is located on the lower level with a second and convenient access/ exit which leads to a very comfortable, exclusive and relaxing patio.
The room is very clean, comfortable and modern. The kitchen and bathroom are on the same floor level and are for the EXCLUSIVE use of this room.
There are 6 steps from the street level to the front entrance. Once in the front foyer there are approx 14 steps to the lower level where the room is located

Perfect Service and Acute Attention to Detail

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The neighborhood is delightful and close to the train. The place was perfectly clean, and I was very impressed with the attention to the smallest detail. What meant the most to me was the communication from the property owner. Instructions were timely and very thorough. I really appreciated the checkins at points during our stay. The owner showed great care in our satisfaction. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and extra toiletries, had an excellent kitchen and pantry area to buy snacks if needed. Owner was very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would recommend to friends

lovely space, great neighborhood

The place was perfect for me - I wanted to be in Jamaica Plain and the house is well-located. It's a basement apartment, nicely finished, with ample heat and kitchen/bathroom facilities. Very kind owner - I highly recommend staying here!
