Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. Master with king bed has jetted tub and large walk in closet. Secondary bedrooms have attached baths with queen beds. Additional bedroom has full bed. Great outdoor patio with barbecue gas grill and hot tub. Great star gazing. Airy sun filled great room with Long Leaf Pine floors. Secondary living area with queen suite on lower level with stunning views of "Painted Rock". Laundry room. 2 car garage. New carpet, new Appliances. Pet friendly .

I have always cherished the beauty of Tahoe and the majestic mountains surrounding Squaw Valley. It is one of the premier destinations in the US. Though living in the South, I have been able to return quite often to be with my California family and friends. We keep the wonderful Base Camp picture, taken when our 2 boys were small, on the fridge to remind us of our very best memories in this paradise. I would love for you to enjoy the peace and beauty of Tahoe in our mountain home. Better take pictures for your fridge. 😊

We love the outdoor lifestyle here. Summers are amazing with endless biking, hiking and golfing possibilities, incredible weather and the aroma of pine in every breath. Winter brings world class skiing, crackling fires and that mad dash to the hot tub!

We fell in love with our home as the dramatic outdoors shines through the gigantic glass walls and soaring ceilings, keeping the home filled with California sunshine. Our neighborhood sits in nature’s solitude, but remains close to all the action and fun that comes with a world class destination. Our home is warm and comfortable, with natural native wood and stone finishes, but all the luxury needed for an Ultimate and Unmatched vacation.
