Close to Spruce Creek, there is an abundance of hiking and biking trails as well as snow shoeing and cross country skiing right out your door. Relax, refresh, and unwind in this unique cabin.

This home has a queen master suite with a TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is the loft with three twin beds.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

What to be aware of:

- Wi-Fi can't be used for streaming movies.
- Although it is not walking distance, it is a 7-10 minute drive to Breckenridge Main Street.
- There is a dirt road and is maintained in the winter, however 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required in the winter.
