About this property

Just steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world and mesmerizing sunsets with no waiting on elevators and no over-crowded beaches. Fabulous beach home just across the street from the beautiful emerald water and sugar sands of the West End of Panama City Beach Unincorporated. We are only 250 steps to the uncrowded gem of Riviera Beach which is one of the BEST beach refurbishments in the Panhandle. Just down the road, you'll get to enjoy the restaurants of 30A without having to worry about the beach ownership restrictions that 30A has placed on all the visiting families.

Main floor: large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining combo that seats 10. Just off the kitchen, a King Master Bedroom with a full private bath with a walk-in shower that makes it convenient for the elderly. As an added extra bonus, the common area includes a half bath and full laundry.

Upstairs: Master Suite with King bed and private bath with a private indoor and outdoor sitting areas. There are two additional queen bedrooms (one with two queen beds) and (one with one queen bed). Both bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs.

Outdoors: Covered porch on ground and covered balcony off master upstairs. Back yard is fenced with a storage shed that includes 10 chairs for the beach, an umbrella, beach wagon, a propane grill, five bicycles and some water toys.

Super clean and great location

I'm obsessed with cleanliness and this home met my standards. Therefore, I could relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, 1/2 a block from the beach. Beach and water were gorgeous. The whole stay was 10/10. We'll be back!

New Year Family Vacation

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. The shed has plenty of beach equipment, and bicycles. Short walk to the beach and the house is in a residential area so that made it nice in my opinion.

Perfect trip

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had. We rented gold carts and drove to the beach access but walking was easy to do also. We will definitely come back to this house again. Thank you Donna and Rick! The Woodards

We are the proud owners of Sunset at Riviera, purchased Sunset at Riviera in September of 2015 and we've made it the perfect family get-away for an affordable price. In 2019, we moved to the beach and now we manage our own property inside and out with the help of a few locals.

We hope you enjoy our place and if there is anything you need during your stay please let us know. Living in town provides us the opportunity to maintain a level of service that no one can touch. We offer services that might help you with your stay such as grocery shopping and more so you can just relax the entire time. Leave it to us!

Our place is a large home away from home and we welcome you to stay! Please note, we do not have a pool because this is a private home and we come here to enjoy the sand and the sea.
