Secluded Ocean Front Home

1 king size bed in master bedroom. 1 king size bed in downstairs bedroom. 1 Queen 1 full size bed in upstairs bedroom. 2 kids rooms one with a full bed and the other with one full bed and one twin bed. Front and back porches are a great hang out place. Play a game of volleyball in the backyard and jump in the pool to cool off. Please note the slide was removed due to liability reasons. The house comes equipped with a fantastic kitchen and two TV rooms. Beach chairs, umbrella and 2 kayaks are provided. Washer and dryer on the premises. The house was recently refurbished and has been furnished with high quality furnishings. A private beach cross over leads you to your private secluded beach step away from the back porch.

Perfect Family Treat

This beach home was perfect for our family.It is right on the ocean and great for the teenagers in our family who love to fish, watch sea turtles nest. The outdoor pool was perfect for the entire family.

Amazing property in beautiful location

We chose to spend our Christmas Holiday here and were stunned by the gorgeous location, the outdoor spaces and the house. Also appreciated the low-key approach of the owners to managing our stay. Everything was perfect when we arrived. Would return any time.

One of a Kind

It's difficult to accurately describe how wonderful our stay was. The weather was perfect. Our company the best. but the home, wow. Thank you to our host, Alex. The communication up front was timely and clear. Check-in was easy. The home was immaculately clean, inside and around the property. Inside, we were blown away by how well it was furnished. The kayaks were a treat and with several calm days on the water, they were used. The beach was clean and loaded with more shells than we could look through in a day. Zero to complain about and everything to appreciate. This stay created a lifetime of memories. THANK YOU!

Spacious waterfront beach bliss

I came with my in-laws, spouse & 3 children ages 4 & under. There was plenty of room, all the bedrooms had comfortable beds & fresh linens. We loved the variety of spices & appliances available which made cooking a breeze. The privacy was wonderful and the private beach was clean, easily accessible, & beautiful. Would absolute come back & recommend.

Fantastic house

Fantastic house. Clean. Right on the beach. Beautiful. Owner was awesome! We were there for son's graduation from college and commissioning into the Army. Owner even had a congratulations /welcome basket for us. Very thougtful. Definitely recommend this house.

Christmas 2022

We went with our daughter, son in-law & grandson for Christmas 2022. The home gave us just what we wanted & needed. The beach was great. No people is why we visit this area. Pool was clean but cold due to the weather. We played in it anyway. We would go back.

A True hidden gem!

My family has been vacationing in the Melbourne Beach area for almost 20 years. I don’t know how we hadn’t found this home before now! It has everything you could wish for. The firepit, outdoor shower, and pool were huge benefits. The kitchen is to die for with 2 ovens and 2 sinks. Who wants to cook on vacation, but this kitchen made it a breeze to heat up the food we brought. The only things to think about are: 1) The stairs to get to the second floor, where the majority of the bedrooms are, is a steep spiral staircase. There is an outdoor staircase up to the balcony where you can enter through sliding doors. This wasn’t a problem, but if you’re unsteady, it’s just something to consider. 2) The home is right next to another rental. It was not a problem for us, although on our last evening, the neighbors were playing football into our back yard, lol. Our stay was very peaceful overall! But you will be sharing the beach with whoever is staying there. Take some bug spray for the no see-ums. That’s just the beach in Florida, folks. The yard is fabulous, though! We played volleyball and relaxed in the hammocks. The entire home was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. No one wanted to leave! Truly a wonderful place to stay and we definitely want to go back!

Our annual family beach trip.

The property and location were excellent. Hardly anyone on the beach we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The Grandkids love everything about this place and this was our first time renting a place with a private pool. We all enjoyed it after spending time on the beach.the best things about this place was everyone had their own space and the kitchen was definitely a treat it had everything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal and we all took turns each night making fabulous meals. I would highly recommend this place not only for the location but the enjoyment you will get from renting this home. Until next year I think we found our piece of paradise.

Restful retreat

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids and their 3 friends. Many things to do if you love the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the beach, kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball, boogie boards, turtle watching, and spike ball on the beach. Private, secluded, gorgeous. This was our second stay in this location.

Amazing Vacation

It was wonderful to go to this property and decompress after a hectic week at Disney. We felt so fortunate to be on the beach and also have a pool in the front yard. The grandkids especially loved the pool. On a windy day it was nice that the house blocked the breeze and the kids could play at the pool all day.The kitchen at the house was the best stocked kitchen I've seen! Two sinks, two ovens, two microwaves and a double wide refrigerator! Oh yes a dishwasher, too. No Keurig coffee machine though, but everything else. Having the option to eat indoors or outdoors was nice! Big, solid picnic tables in the front and back porches served a large number of people. It is a lovely house and we're so glad we had the opportunity to experience it.

Why they chose this property

Ocean front properties are hard to come by. New construction is limited and those homes that have been grandfathered in are a great opportunity to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The area is safe and a great place for kids to enjoy some freedom. The surfing is some of the best along the Florida coastline and numerous skateboarding parks are operating near buy. Orlando is only 1.5 hour away which gave a young family such as ours the opportunity to enjoy the area theme and water parks. The house is a great escape from our busy lives in Miami
