We stay away from the noise of Central area & located midway between Airport & Ho Chi Minh Downtown – easier for you to travel around & back.

Saigon is in your few minutes of commuting:
- Less than 3-min-walk: Highland Coffee (famous Vietnamese coffee chain), Family Mart (biggest convenience store) & a crowded “snail shop” (quán Ốc) in the neighborhood.
- 300m to two of the foodiest streets in downtown area: Hai Ba Trung & Tran Quoc Toan. 1.5 km further is also a busy street with plenty of foods – Phan Xich Long.
- 500m to Tan Dinh Market (not as busy as Ben Thanh Market, the market is fun, can be crowded at times but is not pushy and has a definite friendly vibe where tourists are welcomed).
- 700m to Tan Dinh Church (interesting historical icon - The color and architecture itself is beautiful and photo-friendly especially for Instagrammers)
- 1 km to Le Van Tam Park (where to look for fresh air and doing some healthy exercise)
- 1.7 km to Turtle Lake (it’d better to come here in the evening for the more enjoyable view)
- 2 km to Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica & Saigon Opera House
- 2 km to Independent palace
- 3 km to Ben Thanh Market
- 15- 20 mins of taxi to the famous backpacker street Bui Vien & Pham Ngu Lao
- Airport – only ~$3-4 by GrabCar

Interaction with guests

We are marketer & filmmaker. We enjoy meeting new friends so if you need a local to hang out, we would so much love to spend some time with you (as long as it is out of office hour :) ) . We are living very close to the place so whenever any support need, feel free to call or drop us message via Whatapps, Viber, Imess & SMS (we are 24/7 available), we try to assist asap.
Other things to note
- We're using passcode lock. Will send you passcode before your arrival. You can check in any time but prior to 10PM is encouraged.
- In the front of the house, there is a local milk tea shop. We share the house’ alley but your privacy is reassured with your own key code.
- Potential noise for the upstair room (#2) from 10AM-10PM due to music of the milk the shop. But they usually turn down the volume from 12PM-2PM.
- We share the parking with the shop. If you come home prior to 9.30 PM, let your bike outside, in front of the tea shop. In case after 9:30 PM, please take it home and close the door.
- You need help for AIRLINE BOOKING, MOTORBIKE RENTING OR TOUR BOOKING – let us know, we can help to arrange as much as we can.
- The place is not encouraged for smoking.
- Please turn off all lights and A/C before leaving the room.
- Please give us a hand to water the garden once per day (if possible).
