Beautiful chalet 500 meters from the beach of Maresias, between exits 16 and 17. Private chalet with capacity for up to 6 people, with 01 room with air conditioned double box bed and a single bed. Beautiful room decor with open cupboard and created dumb demolition wood, picture and lamp in rustic style. Mezzanine with double box bed, fan and blackout curtain. Beautiful living room with sofa bed, cable tv, dining table, floor fan and cheerful and cozy decor. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen for your breakfast, barbecue, pizzada and elaborate daily meals. Quiet outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean, lawn, shower, walkway to waterfall, tank, beach chairs (3) and parasol (01). Quiet and safe street with no exit. Garage for 1 car inside the property. We do not provide bed and bath linen!
