THE VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT BALCONIES IS SPECTACULAR MY APARTMENT HAS WI-FI WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET, SMART TV, CABLE TV, AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS, EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY.

Felt Just Like Home

The condo has everything required for a wonderful stay. The balcony was perfect for moring coffee watching the sun rise. The lagoon and pools made swimming extra fun. The location is close for any shopping needs and the security always offer a smile as you pass the gates. We will absolutely visit again!!

Condo had everything we needed and grocery store across road was very handy. The showers were not working when we first got there but Tony was able to get them fixed right away. The water pressure is low in showers. The Lagoon was very nice but the lounge chairs around pool are all broken. It was hard to find ones that were not broken where you sit on them. We walked for burgers at Gran Tribu Suc. and they were best burgers we ever had. Also tried taco place on round about that was great and sushi. There were lots of places to eat within walking distance. We also tried a bbq chicken place and other taco place up street. All was very good, but if you have the chance walk to get a burger you will not be disappointed!

Had a few issues with ac units leaking all over bed glad I was not in it. I had to sleep in second bedroom with twin bed but they were not comfortable compared to the other big bed. But it got wet. Along with all pillows from leaking. The apartment was nice but getting in the pool was an issue but and the walk all the way around was kinda inconvenienthinking we could just w

Great location

We really enjoyed the stay at Tony’s condo. We had a great view of the Lagoon and I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. We were very close to the two entrances to the pool but that meant we were farther to the front gate and Walmart. We enjoyed the local bakery cafe, the closeness of Walmart and Domino’s pizza. We love the taco restaurant on the roundabout and went frequently. Tony was great to get back to us with any off our requests and resolved them almost instantly. Thanks Tony! We met lots of travellers at the pool and enjoyed meeting up every day. Ask Tony about our driver Paco. He was great and reliable to pick us up at the airport and take us on day trips. We loved the day trip to Chichen Itza and the two Cenotes. Make sure to do it. Thanks Tony we enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Todo lo que enseñan las fotos es Superficial

No sirve el elevador, se mete mucho el agua cuando llueve, las Tazas de baño se tapan, la vestidura de la sala y comedor están muy viejos y rotos, si usamos agua caliente en sink se descompone el drenaje, cobran por usar un pedazo de la alberca, las toallas son contadas, no podemos usar el gimnasio, etc., etc. Al Propietario no le gusta ponerse en los zapatos de los Rentatarios.

Este huésped es muy problemático , se queja de todo, está muy estresado , a donde quiera que va causa problemas , no le renten su propiedad , no lo recomiendo solo va causar problemas piensa que va un resort 5 estrellas, cuando lleva 9 personas y solo pago $69 por noche ,Espero que le baje 3 rallitas a su actitud y se relaje la próxima vez que salga de vacaciones pobre de su Familia

Very Nice Stay with Minor Issues to be aware of

Overall, we were very happy with this rental. We were traveling with 4 kids: one college age, one teen, plus ten and eight year olds. The building is pretty nice, very safe area with excellent security, and we felt it was a good value for the price, so overall we’re giving it 5 stars. The door wouldn’t unlock when we arrived, which was annoying to be stuck out in the heat for a while after a long day of traveling, but as soon as Tony was aware of the problem, he promptly fixed the code (VRBO was also responsive and contacted him and would have set up alternative accommodations if he hadn’t responded so quickly). Wifi was easy to use and pretty good. If you’re used to American amenities, there are a few things to be aware of: water pressure in showers is low, toilets are a bit tricky—our kids constantly had trouble flushing and my husband had to take the back off to jiggle with it (and we've stayed in Central America before so they know not to put toilet paper in the toilets--they just struggled with the button mechanism). Linens are not as nice as they look in the photos (pillows are lumpy and most didn't have pillow cases, only zipper covers). Fewer beds are present than it says (one king, one double, two twins--no sofa bed; kids were disappointed they had to share). Towels are super minimal—only 6 towels for 6 people, no hand towels, no wash cloths, no kitchen towels. None of these were huge deals for us, but they are minor issues that we wanted to report so that others know what to expect. AC itself works great (better than the AC at the fancy resort hotel where we also spent a few days.) Each room has its own AC unit, but they're controlled by remotes and only one worked; that stopped working 3 days into our trip, so the units were stuck at a single temp from then--we'd prefer warmer day and cooler night temps and it got stuck on our "night" settings, but it wasn't a huge deal. Our kids loved the lagoon! It is as nice as it looks in the photos and very well maintained—bring or buy some pool floats and water toys! Walmart is a 10 min walk or shorter drive, so easy to pick up water, snacks and drinks. We ate at a bunch of great local restaurants on or just off of Avenida 135–generally a 10 to 20 min walk. We didn’t rent a car, so we walked to lots of places. Uber is super affordable here and we also used that (not an option near the airport or busy tourist areas with taxi stands, but worked well for us once in the city).

Beautiful condo and fun pool

Family of 4 traveling to Cancun for the week. This condo was a great centralized location for our adventures. It is within 20 minutes (cab ride) of everything. We would head out in the morning and return in the evening with enough time to enjoy the amazing pool and lagoon. Plenty of space and everyone had their own room. Amenities included, Netflix which meant kids and adults could wind down with a movie, cold AC, food delivery via UberEats was easy for a few dinners. Definitely ask the owner for the recommendation on the best tacos.

Great Property
