Hi Surf 9 is a great two bedroom, two bathroom unit right on the beachfront and over looking the flags. Just sit and watch the children play on the beach. You cannot get closer! This unit has had a complete makeover and is looking wonderful.

Main bedroom contains a queen bed and an ensuite, bedroom two has a king single bunk bed. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher. Large television with dvd and ceiling fan in lounge room. Off street parking for one car only.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Fabulous time despite dreadful weather

Our beachside weekend turned a little damp with the rain and cold Despite this the place was awesome location and close to surf club and restaurant for dinner… so easy quick stroll in the rain Will be back and hoping for sunshine next time

Weekend beach getaway

Just what we needed. Great little property located at the flags on Avoca Beach. Perfect for a family with older kids. Kids could play on beach and be seen from lounge room / kitchen. Loved it.
