Also it is very close to the beach of Barra da Tijuca (15 min walking), with raft to 5 min.

Parque das Rosas is a large conglomeration of buildings that still has a center with supermarket, bakery, fair, as well as bars and restaurants, providing various gastronomic and leisure options.

ESTADIA FAMILIAR COM ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO

A estadia foi muito boa, o condomínio tem boa estrutura,funcionários simpáticos e educados, a balsa nos deixa bem perto da praia. O prédio fica perto do mercado zona sul, do centro gastronomico do Parque das Rosas, dá para ir a pé (uns 10 minutinhos) O apartamento é muito bem equipado com eletrodomesticos, ferramentas,utensílios de cozinha, material de limpeza e higinene pessoal. Porém algumas coisas poderiam ser melhores: as panelas estavam com teflon bem arranhado, precisam ser trocadas, o colchão do quarto (sem suite) também poderia ser melhor e este quarto tinha muita poeira por baixo dessa cama. O colchão da suíte é muito bom. Com certeza, voltaríamos a alugar esse apartamento, nas nossas próximas férias. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e disponíveis a ajudar.
