This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom condo is the perfect spot for your Ocean City Md getaway! This property is only a couple blocks to the Convention Center and a short 2 blocks to the Ocean City beaches! With a glimpse of the beautiful bay from the balcony, this condo is newly furnished and bright and airy. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and open floor plan as well as a larger bedroom with 2 queen beds. The living room offers a queen sleep sofa and twin ottoman which folds out to twin sleeping bed.

As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

* All of Coastal Resort`s vacation rental properties require Guests to provide personal linens (such as sheets, towels, and pillow cases). For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package at an additional cost. This package includes sheet sets and towel sets for the maximum occupancy.

Was not what I thought it would be

It was not suitable for 7 people. When we unfolded the sofa bed it was full of dirt. The kitchen had one little old frying pan, and old dishes. I feel as if I paid too much for poor accommodations, and have no plans to visit Ocean City again.
