This charming 3 bedroom home located within the North Gate of Ocean Pines near Ocean City, MD., offers an inviting open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. While vacationing at this lovely home, you can enjoy the quiet screened porch and updated kitchen complete with all the luxuries of home! Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 offers 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 has a full bed.

Ocean Pines will permit Guests to access pools for a per day fee of: $8 per adult, $6 per child (5-17 years old), children 4 and under do not need a pass. Fees are to be paid at the pool directly. Guests are welcome to purchase the Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Permit from the Ocean Pines Association office directly for $125 per week. Permits must be ordered 7 days or greater prior to check-in. Please call for additional assistance.

The community of Ocean Pines is only 10 minutes to Ocean City, MD and offers indoor and outdoor pools, Yacht Club with restaurant, bar, marina, and amazing views, tennis courts, parks, swimming, crabbing piers, and so much more.

Ocean pines

Decent house a little out dated for the price good if your not going to stay at the house a lot we stayed for a softball tournament so the down time wasn’t the best at the house

Cozy Ocean Pines Home

The house description was accurate, but the prices stated for the amenities were wrong. The pool prices and beach parking passes were more than stated. House was clean, but ants were present in the kitchen.

Great stay but...

Overall the house at 16 bramblewood Lane was clean and well put together. The one thing we had a complaint about was the beds they are unbelievably uncomfortable and the Amount of noise made by the bed frames is crazy. You literally can't move without making a loud speaking noise. This made it difficult to get a good night of sleep since It would end up waking us up Everytime someone rolled over.

It was a nice house in general but when we got to the house we went in and the cleaning crew just got there we got there 4:00. The outside is a disaster the charcoal grill is falling apart. The beds are terrible they squeak the master bedrooms bed is uneven. Not really happy overall
