Welcome Home!

These photos are of our actual home, inside and out, and its furnishings. Additional photos can be sent to you.

This lower level, corner unit condo comes fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. This unit features two bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, full size dresser, and a TV. The TV works on a firestick, or another device similar, that you must provide. The 2nd bedroom has two, twin size beds, and a walk-in closet. The living room has a couch, love seat, coffee table, and Roku/Smart television. The kitchen has a microwave oven, stove/range, refrigerator, dish disposal, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with utensils, coffee maker, assorted spices, plates, dishes, etc. There is one bathroom with two sinks, and a tub/shower unit with sliding glass doors. The linen closet has a large number of towels, sheets, etc. to make your stay more comfortable. There are also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms, and the living room.

Enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather by sitting outside on the covered, tiled patio.

The community has a heated pool, and jacuzzi. There are two picnic areas located throughout the develop that also have outdoor grills.

Various activities are posted at the pool which may include weekly Saturday coffee, and social hour at the pool.

This is our own condominium unit, and we are particular as to who we rent it to. We prefer mature couples desiring to stay for multiple months.

Cleaning products, paper accessories, and a variety of cooking spices are also provided for you. Please replenish when you have used them.
Roku TV is provided in the unit. Wi-Fi SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS HOME.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT SHORT TERM RENTALS. During the winter season, we only rent for the entire month. For example, not one and a half months.

The unit above ours was extremely noisy. It was like a herd of elephants. We couldn’t sleep in. They were noisy leaving the unit. We think they left shoes on it was on a laminated flooring. A whole month like this. We did contact the owners.

I asked you how long this had been occurring, and you stated," It has been like this only for a week or 10 days." I immediately contacted the owners, and you responded to my message on January 24th, "That things have improved." We are sorry that your vacation was disturbed, and we did everything we could to resolve the issue once we were notified of it, and as you stated, it had improved. Comfort of home.

We loved our stay as it was so close to my sisters and an area we were so familiar with. Marie was easy to deal with and the place was organized and clean. We love to bike so we had to drive 20 minutes to Scottsdale for our favorite biking paths. Would recommend to anyone.
