20 mins walk will take you to several beaches and shopping area in Rodney Bay. 10 mins walk to Darren Sammy Sports Stadium, Supermarkets, Rodney Bay Mariana and the Friday Street Party for the out door and fitness walkers our route provides a hilly challenge for the fitness conscious. stay fit and keep fit

Très très mauvaise expérience.

La proprio a annulé par message, et pas avec l'application. Elle a ensuite attendu d'être crédité sur son compte bancaire pour me rembourser plus de 15 jours après et même pas l'intégralité de ce que j'ai déboursé. En plus cet argent n'apparaît pas sur mon compte. J'ai contacté la proprio par messages et j'ai du en écrire beaucoup, elle n'a jamais annulé la réservation. Elle ne savait pas comment faire ou ne voulais pas.

Great value and accessible

Price was very good for the neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with stove and microwave for cooking. Washer and nice front porch to relax. Walking distance to city center for groceries and restaurants. Communication with owner was very responsive. We felt safe and comfortable.

Apartment in a residential area up in the hills!

The 2 apartments are under the owner place above. It's located 15-20 min walk up/down many hills and it's hard to find the house from the main road near Rodney Bay Marina. It's not close to all the restaurants and the beach walking distance...30 min to the main grocery, 40 min to Rodney Mall with bars and restaurants and 50 min to the nearest beach which is Reduit beach!! The AC is only in the bedroom so the rest of the apartment is very hot. I didn't feel comfortable during my one week there. I had to take many taxi to get back to the apartment with groceries or at night. I won't recommend this place if you don't have a car.

Thank you for your assessment Catherine. It is unfortunate that you did not allow yourself to truly experience the warmth and hospitality that I extend to all my guests. Perhaps it maybe because you were on Island for over a month prior to moving to my property . You complained bitterly about your previous host as you are doing me now. So lets us get the facts right. My property is located in the north of the Island with hills and valleys, you see Saint Lucia is a mountainous Island, we have hills . My property is 3 mins drive to the Rodney Bay Marina and 5 mins drive to the Rodney Bay strip, supermarkets. The restaurants, bars and beach are all close. The property is in a high end private area and provides peace and quiet for anyone who would like to rest and be at peace with nature. Guest who wish to forgo the shuttle service which we provide are free to do so. You decided to forgo that service, since you kept saying that you are a walker, and preferred to walk. It is a 15-20 min walk dependent on your level of fitness. Thank you for comming and I wish you the best in you quest for peace!

Our neighborhood is generally quiet; we are close to several beaches, hotels, and restaurants in the North of the island. We are close to the Rodney Bay Mariana, Gros Islet Street Party on a Friday Night. The golf course and other sporting facilities are in the north.

What makes this property unique

We have green spaces with fruit trees, e.g., mangoes, coconuts, and seasonal fruits. Our space provides an open yard and a relaxing atmosphere.
