What makes this property unique
The apartment is located in Kalimarmaro, a picturesque neighborhood in the heart of Athens. It is surrounded by galleries and museums (Benaki, War Museum, Byzantine Museum, etc.) and of course the famous Olympic (Kallimarmaro) Stadium itself, which is 240 m and Evangelismos metro station which is 600m from the apartment. The property is on one of the most central road of the city center of Athens.
