Casa De los Reyes is located in the Historical Center of Cartagena de Indias on the Plaza de La Proclamación with the Cathedral to its right and the Governor’s Palace to the left, and only a block away from Plaza de Bolivar. This majestic colonial mansion, originally built in the 16th century, is being renovated by the famous master Alvaro Barrera, and it is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residences of Cartagena.

The colonial mansion is 15000 square feet, each with great architectural detail and a contemporary twist. They are designed as large loft spaces with colonial ceilings exceeding five meters’ height. Most of them have a private balcony, terraces and a rooftop mirador. All of them enjoy views of the internal patio pool and share the use of the rooftop swimming pool with solarium.

The renovation of Casa De los Reyes has been undertaken by Alvaro Barrera who is recognized worldwide for the renovation and re-design of colonial buildings in South America. Completion o is expected for the end of August 2007. Nicest Property in the city

Literally a hidden gem

You would never know from the outside what lies underneath the four hundred year old stone walls, this property is magestic to say the least. My first time in Cartagena, I wanted the best for our honeymoon so we rented out Casa de los reyes with Jonathan. He said he had never seen two people rent a 15 bedroom property before :) This property is absolutely amazing, Jonathan's staff's attention to detain impeccable!

Bahelorette party in Colombia

Me and my girls stayed at Jonathan's mansion for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect location and definitely enough space for all of our group of 29. It was easy check-in and easy check-out. Walking distance to the great food bars shopping and the beach

Genial! Perfección en Cartagena

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en Cartagena, y mucho se debe a la hospitalidad de nuestro anfitrión Amerigo y su mujer. La casa es increíble, súper cómoda para grupos grandes como fue nuestro caso y ubicada en un barrio súper seguro y lindo. Nuestra experiencia ha sido mas que placentera!
