Lovely quaint 3-bedroom cottage home in a Santa Clara rural neighborhood. This inviting country cottage home includes cable and Smart TV w/Netflix. Close to local shopping, like Fred Meyer, Albertson's, lots of fast food restaurants, and much more. It's about a 15 minute drive to the downtown U of O area. It's a comfortable home where you'll feel right at home. Only 10 minutes from the airport.

Fantastic weekend

We had a fantastic family weekend get away. The house was ever better than described with so many thoughtful touches! The property was beautiful, the house very comfortable and clean, location was perfect for us. The kids were so thrilled to find the toys to play with. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and communication was easy. Thank you so much!! We’ll definitely plan to stay longer next time as nobody was ready to leave!

Staying for an athletic event in Eugene

Wow! what an amazing location for people who want a rural setting coupled with a leisurely 45 minute bike ride (safe, largely free from traffic on bike paths) along the river into downtown Eugene. Don't forget to cross the street and jump in the river!!!

Cozy and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property during our recent family vacation to the Pacific Northwest. The house had everything we needed and more. It was decorated in a cute country house style that added to the ambiance and cozy feel. The neighborhood is rural, safe and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this home for a stay with family.

Felt just like home.

This house was a gem. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful yard and flowers - even better than the online pictures. If felt just like home, so comfortable, clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food, including some empty cupboard space to put away our groceries. Our family group included all age groups - a toddler, a mom, grandma, and two great aunts (80's). It was comfortable for all of us. The beds were great, plenty of towels, and everything we could have needed. The bedroom with the bear decor was a hit with the toddler, who didn't tire of looking at them all. The high chair, and stroller were much appreciated. We were participating at an event at the Oregon Horse Center,which was only a few minutes away, with an easy drive through the country side. We would definitely stay here again - a hidden gem for sure.

What a perfect cottage

Perfect spot to come back to after checking out Eugene and Corvallis. Super clean, comfy beds, so quiet and really relaxing. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal if you are so inclined. Just a really sweet cottage.

Housing during a golf tournament

Extremely family friendly and just down right cozy

We enjoyed this cute rental very much! The hosts are very thoughtful in providing almost everything you will ever need and then some. Awesome games, a beautiful kitchen for all your cooking and baking desires, and every room in the home is super confortable! The neighborhood is gorgeous and tranquil, and we would definitely recommend new travels to stay here and renewed guests already know to come back. I love the country! I enjoy outdoor activities - walking, biking, gardening, relaxing by the Willamette river, and animals. In the country neighborhood where I live in the Santa Clara area of Eugene, I get to do all of these things simply by walking out my front door. Every Fall my family and I enjoy the short five-minute drive to Thistledown Farms to enjoy their Fall activities. Life is good in the country!

Why they chose this property

This is a very comfy cozy home with several amenities that will help you feel like you are at home. It's very clean and well decorated. The living room has a spacious sectional with a recliner at each end, so you'll be very comfortable relaxing when watching TV or just taking a rest.

What makes this property unique

The country neighborhood is quiet and quaint. There is a historic farm nearby that was established in the late 1800s. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking. A block from the home is an undeveloped City park with foot access to the Willamette River. Two miles from the home is a County park with boat access to the river. One neighbor usually has his horses out in the front pasture who love to be fed by passersby. About three miles North from the home is a well-known Thistledown Farm, a very popular farm to visit in the Spring, Summer, and especially in the Fall. Santa Clara Shopping center is about a 4-minute drive South from the home.
