This beautiful new construction home is cozy and comfortable. Plenty of off street parking, and space to spread out, with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoor spaces. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms you will have no shortage of sleeping arrangements. The home has a suite on the lower level with private entrance and kitchen. Combined by a stairway, the home provides multiple options for 2 families traveling together, or a large group. All together the home is almost 3000 sf. Walk to downtown, coffee shops, the skate park, etc. This home is right in the middle of it all. Easy access to everything.There is a great outdoor patio and deck spaces for entertaining or just hanging out. Large table for outdoor meals. BBQ grill, sun shade, and views. Great spot for a family gathering

Loved being able to walk to town and the excellent nearby playground. House was comfortable for a large group of 11 with three toddlers who all very much enjoyed the small kids table!

Great location and huge space

This house was in a great location. We could walk to downtown. The space was huge and fit our large group with lots of extra space for the kiddos. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Hood River. We had no issues while there and hope to be back again.

Great for multiple couples

House was perfect for our group of 12. Bedrooms were well spaced out and all had queens which was great. Mattresses and pillows could have been more comfortable but they worked for our long weekend. House was well stocked, close to town and had a great view.

Needs some up grades as far as supplies

Good space but could only find about 6 wash clothes for 12 adults. Mattress were not very comfortable on some beds. Not very clean and rugs had stains. Some scratches on counter between refrigerator and Cupboards. Fairly quiet. Directions about recycle were confusing.

This house worked very well for our family. It was a great location for our adult children and two grandsons to enjoy the Hood River area. Close to downtown, shortish drive to the fruit loop, waterfront park, Mount Hood and the waterfalls. We look forward to our next stay here.

Perfect property

Beautiful home in Hood River. Slightly long walk, very short drive. The house was perfect for our group of adults, but there were plenty of amenities for kids, too. Beds were comfy. Check in and out was seamless.

Extended-Family Gathering House that Felt like Home

Amazed that this house was stocked with all of the kitchen gear we needed to make and serve Thanksgiving dinner for 12! Easy walk to grocery store and town’s shops and restaurants!! Near state park with beautiful trail. View of mountain and river from dining room! Lots of board games for evening fun! We had the young folks stay in the lower level and adults were on main level—worked great!! Lots of space!

The property was very spacious, comfortable and well laid out. For a group of 6, there was lots of room, great kitchen (amenities), bathrooms, towels, etc! Will definitely return!!!

Great base camp for Hood River

We had a big group of friends and family, and we appreciated the various common areas where folks could gather both inside and outside. Two laundry rooms and two fridges were also a huge plus for our party size. Great location to walk to downtown!

Good for multiple couples/families

The setup worked great for our group, in town for a wedding. There are plenty of bedrooms and two separate living areas and kitchens available if needed, but we mostly stuck to the common area in the main floor and had no problem accommodating everyone. The house was clean & check in was smooth. It’s a neighborhood with homes nearby, but still had privacy on the back patio and deck. We chose this due to its proximity to downtown, and were not disappointed. It’s about a 10-minute walk to shops and excellent restaurants.

Perfect location great space

Several of our families traveled to Hood River for a destination wedding and was very pleased with the size of this property as well as the location. Plenty of room for for families to spread out +2 small children great backyard lots of utensils in the kitchen plenty of plates and kitchen ware- Saved a ton of money being able to purchase groceries and cook for everyone on site would highly recommend this if you have a large group the The grill, the patio, the picnic tables, and downstairs was pretty awesome

Roomy house in a fun town

Our three generations of family members appreciated being able to spread out in the six roomy bedrooms. It was easy to walk into town, or drive out of town to get to all of the interesting activities in the area. We liked meeting Merle the tortoise down the street as well!
