The house is by the sea, what separates the house from the sea is only a staircase.

The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, barbecue with wood stove. In addition to all the amenities we have quality internet and cable TV. The house has a maximum occupancy for 9 people.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac that is ideal for children because there are no cars.

In addition to its natural beauty, the strategic location of the house facilitates quick travel to the beaches of both the south and east of the island.



THE LOCATION - NEIGHBORHOOD

The Campeche neighborhood is located in the south of Santa Catarina Island, between the neighborhoods Armação do Pântano do Sul and Rio Tavares.

In the last decade, Campeche received several investments in infrastructure, with the paving of the main roads, such as Avenida Pequeno Príncipe, which cuts the neighborhood in the east-west direction, and Avenida Campeche and Rua do Gramal, in the north-south direction .

Praia do Campeche, one of the main attractions of the neighborhood, attracts a large number of bathers in search of perfect conditions for the practice of surfing and kitesurfing, or simply to delight in its dark blue waters.

Right in front of the beach is Ilha do Campeche, which has a rich ecosystem and holds a significant portion of the archaeological heritage of Santa Catarina, in addition to having a dozen trails. However, these trails can only be taken in the company of a monitor.

Another point in the region that has trails is Morro do Lampião, which takes its name from the lights that were lit there to assist the planes that landed in the field of Sociêté Latécoère, the first international airport in southern Brazil. From the top of the hill, it is possible to have a panoramic view not only of the beach and Campeche Island, but also of neighboring neighborhoods such as Carianos, Costeira do Pirajubaé, Saco dos Limões and Rio Tavares.
